The Classics

Do you have a classic? Here's a list of models we recognize as "The Classics". 

Beginning in 1989 Cobalt brochures indicated that they had a "Classic Series" which included the 19BR, 21BR, and 21CC, suggesting that all other models moving forward would be considered modern models. Those three models were discontinued after 1991.

We take a very similar approach, we extend the list into a few other models introduced in the early 90's. The 22T makes the list as "honerable mention" as it is a tribute to the classics. 

While we understand that a 25 year old boat could be considered "classic", the styling, gelcoat options, and paint schemes began to shift into the modern design era in 1987-89. 

To put it simply; we identify them by the era they were built, not the age that they are.
